All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel an order where necessary. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable charges, including shipping, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We aim to display products, colours, and descriptions accurately. Screens and lighting can affect how colours appear, and minor variations may occur.

Shipping and returns
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch within India. Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
The NØVA name, logos, images, text, and website content are owned by or licensed to NØVA. They may not be used without prior written permission.
