RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

NØVA accepts return requests made within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, email appyantrademo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Return shipping

Non-returnable items
Sale items, final-sale items, and custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Refunds
